We kindly request customers to note that if the product does not fit in the lift, Roycus Studio cannot take responsibility. However, we are pleased to offer delivery  on the ground floor in case the product doesn’t fit through the lift. Please be aware that Roycus Studio does not provide labor for carrying the product via the staircase, and this task will need to be arranged by the customer.

To ensure a successful purchase, we recommend measuring the lift door, flat entrance, and room door to confirm if the product will fit. Please understand that refunds cannot be processed if the product does not fit the designated space.

In the event of transit damage, we kindly request customers to promptly inform Roycus Studio within 24 hours of receiving the product. Failure to do so may result in the transit warranty policy not being applicable, and any damage repairs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that if the client chooses to self-install the products without prior approval from the support team, warranty coverage for breakage or mis-installation will not apply.

Please be aware that these are all-natural and handcrafted products, and slight variations are expected. Differences in color, stain, polish, cane, figures, coloration, and knot marks in wood and other components are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects. These variations are a natural outcome of the unique patterns found in natural products and the craftsmanship involved.

It is important to note that Roycus Studio’s visiting technicians are unable to relocate or reset up products during their visits.

Roycus Studio advises clients that any changes regarding fabric, polish, or color cannot be made after an order is placed, even if the client perceives differences in product color under various lighting environments.

We kindly request clients to cooperate if there are occasional delays in product delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions and other factors. Delays caused by genuine reasons offered by our logistics partners, including lockdowns, restricted state border movements, accidents, among others, are not eligible for return or refund.

Any Order Customizations with the order will be considered final, and the request for a change window is 24 hours of order placement.
